Owner of the “Saddleridge” lots, Denver resident and Scottsdale native Joe Freeman, says he was inspired to purchase this rare land opportunity in 2011 after being influenced by the “stunning” views Clearwater Hills offered him growing up as a child. A friend of Freeman’s who is currently working on restoring Camelback Mountain’s famous “Castle House” called him and told him about two adjoining lots on Red Ledge Drive.

“They were described to me as ‘the best lots in the Valley plus thirty percent’”, says Freeman. “There is literally no comparable property. The views, the setting, the ultimate privacy and solitude up there are unparalleled.”
