Founder Sharon Dupont

For more than three decades, Sharon Dupont has carefully sharpened her instincts and developed her skills to understand the rich tapestry of human wants and the importance of  dreams.

Sharon’s desire to share her knowledge, coupled with her ability to identify and meet people’s needs, began with her first career as a professor. Relating to others became a critical component she utilized when exercising her strong negotiating skills and they became the threads that led her to become one of the finest Coldwell Banker agents in the luxury market.

Gracious and caring, Sharon’s knowledge has led to a career marked with milestones of success and in the eyes of her clients, her achievements are unmatched.<img src"http://www.wendywalkerfineproperties.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/untitled.jpg" >

Sharon has marketed and sold luxury properties in the Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Receiving Coldwell Banker’s highest award, the International President’s Elite, placed her in the top 1 percent of 64,000 agents worldwide. Listed in “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate, North America” and fluent in French and Spanish, Sharon’s background of expertise, professionalism, diplomacy and integrity comes from working with clients from around the globe.

Sharon Dupont is a Certified Residential Specialist and Previews Property Specialist.

Philanthropic Work:

Philanthropic interests have become Sharon’s focus. Among many benefactors, Arizona State University has been the recipient of much of Sharon and late husband Bob McCord’s generosity. Education has long been a passion that the two have dedicated both their time and resources to as a way of supporting higher learning. Most recently, ground was broken at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University for a new 129,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building that will complement its two existing structures. It will be named McCord Hall in their honor.
